UKETAAPPLYSYSTEM INC is not an official UK government agency. It is a private service provider that assists with UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) applications.
We provide information and support to help customers apply for an ETA smoothly; however, approval of the ETA and permission to enter the UK are entirely at the discretion of the UK government and the UK Home Office.
UKETAAPPLYSYSTEM INC assumes no legal liability if an ETA application is not approved or if entry to the UK is denied.
Terms of Service
By using our ETA application processing service, the customer is deemed to have agreed to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The applicant must ensure that all information submitted is accurate and up to date. The applicant is solely responsible for any issues arising from the provision of false information.
The ETA application fee includes the service fee and government processing fee, and is non-refundable after the application has been submitted.
Privacy Policy
We comply with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 to protect the personal information of applicants.
Customer information is used solely for the purpose of processing the ETA application and is not shared with third parties.

No Guarantee of ETA Approval or Entry
UKETAAPPLYSYSTEM INC supports the ETA application process; however, the approval of the ETA is at the discretion of the UK Home Office.
Even if an ETA is approved, final permission to enter the UK may vary at the discretion of the UK Border Control.
If the ETA approval is denied or entry is refused, we do not provide any compensation or refund.
