CS1. Payment was processed but the application does not seem to be completed.
A. If payment was processed successfully, the application has usually been submitted as well. However, due to possible system errors, please capture your payment receipt and contact our support team for verification.
CS2. I deleted my ETA approval email. Will this be a problem?
A. The ETA is an electronic approval linked to your passport number, not your email. Deleting the email will not affect your entry.
CS3. Can I check my ETA approval status directly?
A. ETA results are typically sent via email, and no separate status check page is available. If you are uncertain about your approval status, please contact our support team.
CS4. I think I entered incorrect information. Can it be corrected?
A. ETA applications cannot be modified after submission. If incorrect information is confirmed, you will need to submit a new ETA application.

A. Most applications are approved within minutes, but in rare cases, additional review may cause delays. If more than 24 hours have passed, please contact our support team with your applicant details.
CS6. What happens if entry is denied after ETA approval?
